The Recruiter will support hiring efforts across corporate and office-based positions, with a primary focus on recruiting sales professionals, along with roles in operations, marketing, and administrative functions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer stageSource and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial interviewsCoordinate interview processes with hiring managersMaintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS systemsEnsure a smooth and professional candidate experienceCollaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirementsSupport hiring for sales and other corporate/office rolesRequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment (corporate/office roles)Experience recruiting in the U.S. marketEnglish communication skills (both written and spoken)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyExperience with ATS platforms and sourcing toolsHigh level of organization and attention to detailPreferred QualificationsExperience hiring for sales positions is a strong plusExperience working in the home improvement / home services industry is a big plusWhat We OfferFully remote work environmentOpportunity to work with an international teamStable, long-term collaboration
