Requirements and responsibilities
What you'll do:
- Implement the ML platform, feature store, and model-serving infrastructure.
- Build AI agents, RAG pipelines, and decision engines for banking use cases.
- Instrument models for drift detection, evaluation, and observability.
- Integrate AI capabilities into banking workflows and product surfaces.
- Support the AI Lead in delivering the agentic strategy and LLM gateway.
- Document model architectures, pipelines, and evaluation frameworks.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience building and shipping production ML/AI systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
- Proficiency in ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with feature stores (Feast, Tecton, or equivalent) and model-serving platforms.
- Familiarity with AI observability — drift, evaluation, and monitoring tooling.
- Banking or regulated services exposure preferred.
- Strong remote-work discipline and written communication.
