Reporting to the Corporate Controller and partnering closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, this role will support financial planning, forecasting, operational analysis, and business decision support across the organization.This role will work cross-functionally with leaders throughout the business to analyze financial and operational performance, develop meaningful reporting and forecasting models, and provide recommendations that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term planning.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, business-minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment.Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and challenge the business with forward thinking approaches to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase profitability including:ROI analysisInvestment prioritizationScenario planning/modelingOperational analysisDeveloping and refining meaningful management reportingPreparing business recommendations based on financial analysisAssist in development of regular financial forecasts that incorporate current business trends and strategiesDriving continuous improvement in report and analysis automationTaking initiative and working independently to conduct special studies to analyze complex financial dataCompleting internal process review, documenting internal processes and providing recommendations for improved productivity and/or cost savings.Skills Required:5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or financial analysis rolesStrong understanding of finance and accounting principles. SaaS industry experience preferred.Must have a working knowledge of balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, working capital analysisExperience building financial models, forecasts, budgets, and KPI reportingAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the businessAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience improving reporting automation or finance processesExperience with financial planning or BI tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or Adaptive PlanningBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
