Role Overview We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist with deep expertise in the U.S. domestic market. This role is critical for managing the full lifecycle of LTL (Less-than-Truckload) shipments, resolving complex billing disputes, and maintaining high-level communication with stakeholders across the United States. Key Responsibilities: • LTL Operations: Manage and oversee the execution of LTL shipments strictly within the U.S. territory. • Tracking & Tracing: Perform proactive monitoring of freight to ensure on-time delivery and provide real-time updates. • Dispute Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve billing discrepancies, carrier disputes, and freight claims (OS&D). • Act as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients and carriers, ensuring professional and efficient service. Mandatory Requirements: • Proven track record working for logistics companies processing U.S. domestic freight. (Experience in the U.S. logistics market is mandatory; applications without this specific background will not be considered). • Language Proficiency, C1 English Level (Advanced/Fluent). Must be capable of handling technical logistics terminology and fluid professional conversations. • Proficiency in using Carrier Portals, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and tracking tools. Core Competencies: • Strong analytical skills for auditing invoices and resolving disputes. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under the EST timezone. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail regarding BOLs and shipping documentation. Proven experience in dispatching and negotiating FTL loads. • Strong understanding of Full Truckload operations in the U.S. market. • Hands-on experience using load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.).
