Our services span the full enrollment lifecycle, including student search, digital marketing, recruitment strategy, financial aid optimization, CRM solutions, analytics, and staffing support.Position OverviewThe Account Executive is responsible for developing new client partnerships with colleges and universities by helping institutional leaders address enrollment and revenue challenges through enrollmentFUEL’s strategic enrollment management solutions. This role focuses on consultative selling with senior campus leaders, including Vice Presidents for Enrollment, Admissions Directors, and Financial Aid leaders. The Account Executive manages opportunities from discovery through proposal and close while collaborating closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs), marketing, and internal subject matter experts. Success in this role requires the ability to understand institutional priorities, communicate the value of enrollmentFUEL’s solutions, and guide prospects through a thoughtful decision-making process.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage qualified sales opportunities from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild relationships with institutional leaders including Vice Presidents for Enrollment, Admissions leaders, and Financial Aid administratorsConduct consultative discovery to understand institutional enrollment challenges and strategic prioritiesCollaborate with internal subject matter experts to design solutions aligned with client goalsDeliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective client partnersPartner with BDRs and marketing to develop and advance a healthy pipeline of opportunitiesMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within the company CRMRepresent enrollmentFUEL at industry conferences, events, and professional gatheringsPartner with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to client delivery after contract executionAccurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUELOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredAt least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role, with demonstrated success meeting or exceeding targetsAt least 3 years experience working within a college or university in admissions, enrollment management, financial aid, or related functionsExperience selling consulting services, technology solutions, or data-driven servicesAbility to build relationships with senior institutional stakeholdersStrong consultative selling, presentation, and communication skillsExperience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecast salesTravelRegular travel is required, up to 25%CompensationTotal compensation expectation for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, including achieving target commissions.
