Sage Haus is HIRING A DIRECTOR OF SALES & BD 🚀We're placing house managers, family assistants, and meal-prep chefs with hundreds of new families every month across the US and Canada.I'm ready to hand it off.I'm hiring our first dedicated sales leader — someone who'll own the full commercial motion at Sage Haus, from converting warm inbound leads to building our B2B strategy from scratch to managing our affiliate and partnership channel.What you'll own:4–6 Group Info Calls per week with prospective clientsThe full inbound and outbound pipeline — nurture, proposal, closeOur partnerships and affiliate program (creators, wealth managers, brand partners, communities)Our Sales Strategist — coaching, quotas, and 1:1sB2B go-to-market strategy: employer-paid benefits, corporate partnershipsSales GTM for our Home Systems App, launching Q3 2026You're the one if you:Have built a sales function at an early-stage company where the founder used to run it allClose with warmth — never pushy, always humanHave personally managed partnerships as a growth channelLove the metrics: pipeline math, conversion rates, cohort behaviorAre a strong writer and an even better listenerFully remote. 30–40 hrs/week. $90–150K OTE.
