You will combine account-specific ABM initiatives (dinners, tailored webinars, targeted events) and demand generation initiatives, personalised outreach sequences, and close collaboration with Sales.If you enjoy building relationships as much as building campaigns, this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesDemand GenerationLead and execute demand generation projects to drive customer acquisition in the Spanish market across all clinics business lines (Clinic Agenda, Clinic Cloud, Noa).Own the full project lifecycle from the marketing side: defining, planning, executing, and measuring initiatives with a clear focus on generating MQL under ICP, pipeline and new MRR.Develop and run multi-channel programmes combining email, content, partnership, inbound to generate qualified leads at scale.Develop localised go-to-market assets and messaging tailored to the Spanish healthcare and clinical software audience.Account-Based MarketingA core part of this role is running focused ABM programmes to identify, target, and attract clinics that match our Ideal Customer Profile. You will build and execute strategies around the following ICP dimensions: size, specialization, geography, business stage, pain points.Based on this ICP, you will:Build and maintain target account lists in the CRM, working with Sales to validate and prioritise accounts.Conceive and execute account-specific ABM initiatives: including exclusive dinners, tailored webinars, and targeted events, designed to engage clinic owners and practice managers at priority accounts in a highly personalised way.Design personalised, multi-touch outreach sequences (email, phone, social, direct mail) to engage key decision-makers before, during, and after ABM initiatives.Co-marketingDevelop, and lead end-to-end co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to expand reach and generate qualified pipeline.Define co-marketing deliverables and agreements: joint webinars, co-branded content, shared events, newsletter placements, or referral programmes.Coordinate all aspects of co-marketing execution: briefing, content creation, promotion, and performance tracking, ensuring both parties deliver on commitments.Measure and report on co-marketing contribution to pipeline and MRR, and iterate based on results.Cross-functional CollaborationYou will work across multiple internal teams to ensure demand generation and ABM efforts are coordinated and amplified:Global & Local Marketing: partner with Email, Content, Paid and Product Marketing teams to align campaign messaging, share assets, and synchronise campaign calendars across markets.Sales: establish a close working relationship with the Spanish Sales team: align on target accounts, define lead handoff processes and SLAs, participate in pipeline reviews, and gather feedback to continuously improve lead quality.Product Team: collaborate to incorporate product news, feature launches, and use cases into demand generation and ABM narratives.Revenue Team: work alongside Revenue Operations to discover new opportunities, assess target segments, and track funnel performance against shared commercial goals.Initiative performance follow-up & ReportingMonitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of all owned marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CPL, pipeline contribution, MRR impact, CAC).Implement A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to continuously improve campaign and demand generation and ABM programme performance.Maintain dashboards to provide real-time visibility on key demand generation and account engagement metrics.Process & ScalabilityStandardise demand generation and ABM processes and playbooks to ensure repeatability and scalability across campaigns and business lines.Document best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing operations framework.Identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency across the demand generation funnel.RequirementsExperience3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, in a B2B SaaS environment.Proven track record of revenue growth by building and executing demand generation campaigns.Experience working in the Spanish market; deep understanding of local business culture and buyer behaviour.Exposure to healthcare, clinical software, or regulated industries is a strong plus.Skills & CompetenciesSolid understanding of Demand Generation and ABM methodologies and experience running targeted, account-level programmes.Experience planning and executing ABM-oriented initiatives such as exclusive dinners, tailored webinars, and targeted campaigns: from concept to end-to-end execution.Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent) and Automation tools (Clay).Ability to design and manage multi-touch follow-up programmes that move target accounts through the funnel in coordination with Sales.Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and drawing actionable insights based on data.Strong written and verbal communication skill:; ability to craft personalised, compelling messagingLanguagesSpanish: Native or full professional proficiency (required).English: Professional working proficiency (required), for communication with global teams.Another Information💶 Competitive salary🤝 Full-time permanent contract with a clear career development path within the Marketing organisation.⚕️ Seguro médico privado.🎂 Access to learning & development resources and professional growth opportunities.📚 Opportunity to make a direct and measurable impact on business growth in a high-growth SaaS company.🧠Remote, with a preference for candidates based in Barcelona for in-person team meetings🔎 Nuestro proceso de selección 🔎✅ Screening Call – HR.💡 Manager Interview – Ana C👉 Business Case - Clement H and Ana C
