Ignite Human Capital is seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support a leading investment management organization through a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Talent Advisory engagement. This consultant will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering top-tier talent across investment, legal, compliance, finance, operations, and corporate functions.The ideal consultant brings experience recruiting within financial services, private equity, asset management, alternative investments, investment banking, legal, compliance, or related professional services environments.
