Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact, this role combines strategic thinking, campaign execution, commercial awareness, and cross-functional coordination.The Account Manager will own both the overall success of their assigned campaigns and participate meaningfully in business development opportunities and revenue growth of select accounts.Key Responsibilities1. Client Strategy & Consultation: Develop a strong understanding of client KPIs, while ensuring campaigns are aligned with both client objectives and Pubity’s channel positioning.2. Creative Briefing & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders (editorial, design, video, and production teams) to shape content ideas that are engaging and on-brand with Pubity’s editorial voice.3. Campaign Project Management: Take full ownership of assigned campaigns, from kick-off through recap, This includes, but is not limited to:Ownership of project timelines and coordination with key stakeholdersManagement of the approval process between client and internal teams, ensuring timely feedback cyclesOversight of content production processes, ensuring quality control across visual, video, and written assetsMonitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs, while recommending and implementing in-campaign optimizationsDeliver detailed campaign reports and lead all post-campaign reviews with clients4. Business Development: Meaningful participation in the overall commercialization of assigned accounts, including:Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services (e.g., influencer partnerships, expanded distribution, advanced analytics)Contributing to renewal conversations and proactive campaign proposalsHelping to cultivate strong client and agency relationships to pave the road for future sales opportunitiesSkills & Experience3–5 years experience in digital media, branded content, social publishing, or agency account managementExperience working in pre-sale and post-sale marketingInterest in creative ideation and campaign strategyStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent client-facing communication and presentation abilitiesAbility to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong understanding of the commercial publishing landscapeExperience in partnerships and business development a plusExperience in experiential post-sale campaigns a plus
