🚀 Hiring | Senior Performance Engineer (100% Remote)This is NOT a traditional Developer role where performance tuning was an occasional responsibility.We're looking for a specialist Performance Engineer who has hands-on experience optimizing PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB in production environments.What we're looking for:PostgreSQL performance tuningMongoDB performance optimizationQuery execution plan analysisIndexing strategy and optimizationSlow query diagnosis and remediationDatabase scalability and bottleneck analysisLoad, stress, and endurance testingProven track record of measurable performance improvementsStrong indicators of fit:Reduced query response times from seconds to millisecondsOptimized PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB workloads at scaleImproved application throughput, latency, and database resource utilizationDiagnosed production bottlenecks using execution plans, indexing strategies, profiling tools, and performance diagnosticsDelivered measurable performance improvements backed by metricsBonus: Experience with tools such as dotTrace, PerfView, New Relic, Datadog, Application Insights, or similar performance engineering toolsets.📍 100% Remote | Immediate joiners preferredIf your experience is primarily feature development with occasional query tuning, this role is unlikely to be a fit.
