We are looking for a skilled and technically strong Landscape Architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will report to the Landscape Lead but collaborate with the entire design team, including architects, interior designers, CGI artists, MEP team, structural engineers, client representatives and serve as a key point of contact for design problem-solving, system integration, and detailing. You will be involved in projects across different climates and scales, applying strong technical knowledge of hardscape systems, planting strategies, grading, water management and landscape detailing.ResponsibilitiesDeliver landscape design for high-end hospitality, residential, and mixed-use projectsSupport concept development with the Landscape Lead (vision, spatial strategy, and experience)Translate concepts into buildable, climate-responsive solutions across scalesDevelop layouts integrating hardscape, softscape, circulation, and outdoor functionsProduce planting plans, palettes, and specifications tailored to site conditionsDesign hardscape systems (paving, materials, technical build-ups)Prepare grading, drainage coordination, and technical documentation (drawings, details)Design planters, soil systems, and planting requirementsAdvance projects from concept through detailed designCoordinate with architects, engineers, AOR, and CGI teamsSupport construction phase with site responses and design updatesResearch materials and planting; stay current with industry practicesRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture5–10 years of professional experience, including international projectsBackground in high-end low-rise residential and hospitality (villas, hotels, resorts)Strong communication and presentation skillsSolid experience in specifications, materials, and planting designTechnical expertise in hardscape detailing and planting plans/schedulesAbility to design across climates, site conditions, and project scalesProven experience from concept through construction stagesProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design/visualization toolsProfessional English (written and spoken)Portfolio requiredWhat we offerA fully remote full-time collaboration, giving you the freedom to work from anywhereOpportunity to be a part of a world-class, high-performance team Work on boutique hospitality and luxury residential projectsCollaboration with an international team
