We believe that we can make big changes happen and improve the daily lives of millions of people by bringing quality software to the federal space. We're looking for a QA/Business Analyst to join our DHA EIDS team, bridging the gap between business requirements and quality delivery in a complex federal health data environment.What you'll be doing:Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases and test plans validating DoD healthcare data across pipelines, ETL processes, and system integrationsVerify ETL and data integration processes by comparing source and target data after transformationsQuery and analyze complex databases to validate data accuracy, completeness, and integrityLeverage AI tools to identify data anomalies, generate test cases, produce SQL validation queries, and support defect analysisLead requirements gathering activities including stakeholder interviews, user stories, and acceptance criteriaMaintain requirements traceability and support backlog grooming and refinementDevelop and maintain testing documentation, defect reports, and data quality findingsEscalate critical issues to project leadership with clear, well-documented contextWhat you’ll bring:5+ years of QA and data quality assurance experience in enterprise or federal environmentsStrong SQL proficiency across multiple dialects with experience querying and analyzing complex relational databasesExperience with automated and manual testing tools and frameworksFamiliarity with ETL and data pipeline testing and validationExperience using AI tools to enhance test planning, execution, and data quality analysis is a plusBackground in DoD, VA, or healthcare data environments with knowledge of HIPAA requirements is a plusExperience with Azure DevOps or similar tools is a plusThrives in a remote, collaborative Agile environment and genuinely enjoys working across engineering and functional teamsCommunicates clearly and openly, whether writing a test plan or presenting findings to stakeholdersPerforms other related duties as assignedRequirements:Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
