About the RoleCrypto.com is looking for a Compliance Manager to support our U.S. exchange operations. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role built for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to operate without constant direction. You'll work closely with our compliance team across a broad scope of responsibilities — from BSA/AML program support and audit coordination to consumer compliance, policy maintenance, and regulatory remediation — and you'll be expected to bring structure, judgment, and initiative to everything you do.ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain the Crypto.com Compliance Program to include: Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML), policy development, procedure maintenance, and ongoing monitoringSupport audits and reviews of the AML compliance program; engage with internal stakeholders to facilitate issue resolutionAssist in the development and management of project plans for regulatory remediation efforts, including scope, timelines, resources, and deliverablesCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate remediation efforts and communicate progress to relevant stakeholdersPrepare materials for working groups, committees, project dashboards, and executive presentationsEnsure clear and timely customer communication during the RFI processConduct due diligence reviews and ad hoc compliance assessments as neededSupport consumer compliance obligations, including Reg E (chargebacks, notice requirements, prepaid card and credit card compliance) and UDAAPOwn and maintain compliance policies and procedures, keeping them current with regulatory changes and business developmentsIdentify procedural opportunities and help drive process improvements across the compliance functionPerform ad hoc special projects as requiredWork with regulators and help facilitate regulatory relationships as neededRequirements3+ years of compliance experience in a financial services, fintech, or banking environmentWorking knowledge of BSA/AML requirements and the Bank Secrecy Act frameworkDirect experience with consumer compliance regulations, including Reg E and UDAAPExperience supporting regulatory audits, managing remediation projects, and coordinating cross-functional compliance effortsStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentExperience preparing materials for working groups, committees, or regulatory submissionsComfort with ambiguity.
