Requirements and responsibilities


Job Summary: - We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud. - The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of HCM modules and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. - Configure and support modules such as Core HR (Global HR), Absence Management, Payroll (US/Global), Benefits / Compensation, and Talent Management / Recruiting. - Configure approval workflows (BPM). - Configure security roles and data access. - Configure business rules and validations. - Work on HCM Extracts. - Work on HDL/HSDL data migration. - Work on Fast Formulas (basic to advanced). - Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT cycles. - Participate in Go-Live and Hypercare support. - Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs). - Provide production support and issue resolution. - Prepare documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases, configuration docs). Required Skills: - Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. - Hands-on expertise in multiple HCM modules (minimum 2–3). - Deep knowledge of Core HR & Workforce Structures. - Deep knowledge of Payroll / Absence / Benefits. - Experience with HCM Extracts. - Experience with HDL / HSDL. - Experience with Fast Formulas. - Understanding of security, workflows, and approvals. - Strong functional and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience in US Payroll (highly preferred). - Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). - Exposure to BI Publisher (BIP) / OTBI reporting. - Oracle HCM Cloud certification. - Experience in multi-country/global implementations.
