Head of Paid Media & Client Fulfillment — apply now!Up to $4,500/month | Full-time | Fully Remote | US ET hoursI’m Dan, the founder of Syroscape. I work with established B2B SaaS companies that already have product–market fit and are ready to scale in a calm, systematic way. My focus is on helping founders grow without burning out, by building better systems around marketing, delivery, and operations.Right now, Syroscape is small, hands-on, and very client-focused. I work closely with founders, stay involved in execution, and care a lot about long-term relationships and retention. This is a great place to work if you like ownership, clear impact, and growing alongside the business as it scales.I’m looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager who can take ownership of client results, lead key accounts, and become a trusted partner in the business. This is not a role for someone who only manages people or reports on performance - I need someone who is comfortable getting into the details, solving problems, and driving outcomes. This role exists to remove the founder from day-to-day client delivery while improving client performance and fulfillment quality. You'll own strategy, client relationships, team leadership, and execution across our most important accounts, becoming the operational and strategic leader of paid media within the agency. In this role, you will:Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple client accountsManage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns for performance and ROIOversee conversion tracking, attribution, and lead quality analysisIdentify growth opportunities and proactively solve performance issuesDevelop campaign structures, testing frameworks, and optimization strategiesGuide ad copy, messaging, creative direction, and landing page improvementsAnalyze performance data and translate insights into clear action plansLead client communication and confidently present results and recommendationsHelp mentor and guide junior media buyers while remaining hands-onBuild and improve workflows using AI tools and automation where appropriateCollaborate with internal team members, designers, and contractors to execute campaigns effectivelyCreate systems, processes, and documentation that improve delivery quality and efficiency⚙️ Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks that improve consistency, quality and team performance. This is a full-time role.
