Internally this individuals are titled as a Senior Insurance Sales Advisors. You will work remotely and report to a Sales Team Lead. You'll be the trusted voice guiding customers through their insurance shopping journey—building instant relationships, offering advice, and closing sales that make a difference.ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers and guide them through the insurance comparison and switching processAnalyze customer insurance needs using a consultative and empathetic sales approachIdentify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities through identification of gaps in coverageExceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy and integrity of the products soldQualifications2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products.
