While our level of involvement may vary, all businesses we work with meet the same core criteria: they are growth-focused, performance-driven, and committed to scaling effectively.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Assistant to support our internal talent acquisition efforts across multiple international markets.This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will play a key role in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing pipelines, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding.This is a remote role working UK hours.Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other online platforms.Screen CVs and shortlist candidates in line with role requirements.Conduct initial screening calls to assess suitability and culture fit.Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).Post job adverts and optimise listings for performance.Track recruitment metrics and pipeline performance.Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.Assist with offer letters, contracts, and onboarding coordination.Proactively build and nurture talent pools for future hiring needs.Requirements1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR support.Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Comfortable working UK hours.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.High attention to detail and strong administrative skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.Experience working remotely is preferred.
