Requirements and responsibilities

We are hiring experienced Salesforce Technical Architects with deep expertise in the Higher Education domain to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for universities and academic institutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce implementations in Higher Education institutions.Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.Architect solutions across Salesforce Education Cloud and related Salesforce products.Define integration strategies with Student Information Systems (SIS), ERP platforms, LMS systems, and third-party applications.Establish data migration strategies, governance frameworks, and data quality standards.Collaborate with university leadership, academic stakeholders, IT teams, and business users.Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.Required Experience:10+ years of Salesforce experience with 3–5 years in a Salesforce Architect role.Strong experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Higher Education institutions.Hands-on experience with Academic Structures, Student Lifecycle Management, and Student Information Systems (SIS).Experience leading digital transformation initiatives for universities and colleges.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Technical Skills:Salesforce Architecture and Solution DesignSalesforce Education CloudEnterprise Integrations and API-led ArchitecturesSalesforce Security Models and Data GovernanceData Migration and Master Data ManagementPlatform Customization and Development FrameworksCloud-based Enterprise ArchitecturePreferred Certifications:Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)Salesforce Application ArchitectSalesforce System ArchitectPreferred:Experience working with global Higher Education institutions.Exposure to middleware and enterprise integration platforms.Understanding of compliance, privacy, and data security standards in the education sector.Interested candidates can share their updated resume at: 📧 saurabh.mishra@huemot.com
