About the RoleABFinance is hiring Campus & Community BD Specialists across the United States. In this role, you will work closely with the Business Development team to expand ABFinance's presence among university students and local communities. You will help build strategic partnerships, grow our campus ambassador network, and drive user acquisition initiatives on the ground.Key ResponsibilitiesCampus Ambassador Development: Recruit, onboard, and manage Campus Ambassadors at target universities across the US. Build a high-performing ambassador network and support them with training, resources, and growth initiatives.Community & Partnership Development: Establish partnerships with student organizations, university clubs, and local communities. Build long-term relationships with community leaders and influencers.Secure at least 5 new community partnerships per month.User Growth & GTM Execution: Support local user acquisition initiatives and growth campaigns. Organize and host campus workshops, networking events, and educational sessions. Collaborate with internal teams to execute ABFinance's student and community GTM strategy.Market Insights & Feedback Collection: Collect student feedback, market insights, and community trends. Track ambassador and partnership performance metrics. Provide recommendations to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
