The Analytics Engineer will design AI ready models and implement Analytics Solutions to our data/AI/metrics platform. You will be the go-to person for any data development for internal analytics as also interfacing Product teams and Data Science teams to assist and advise them in building data products.LOCATION: This position can be remote anywhere in BrazilTEAM: EngineeringWHAT YOU GET TO DO:Leverage AI-assisted tooling to optimize data pipelines and code generation, and develop AI-ready datasets to support machine learning and GenAI initiativesBuild Data Warehousing systems, reporting and analyticsUnderstand business needs that can be solved by using dataTranslate business needs into technical requirements and specifications to support Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering developmentDevelop and maintain data models and data setsDevelop and maintain data integrations for customers.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:4 years of experience as an Analytics or Data EngineerYou’re fluent in written and spoken English (please also submit your resume in English)Experience with AI coding assistants like Cursor and Claude CodeBuilding OLAP systems and creating and maintaining dimensional modelsWorking with backend data engineering solutions using SQL and/or PythonPython for data manipulation (mostly Pandas)Proven experience with data warehouses and associated toolingHands-on experience with relational databases and performing advanced SQL queriesExperience working on data modeling and ETL toolsAbility to understand business needs, partnering with Business Analysts and Data Analysts, to transform into technical requirements and specifications to support data engineering and analytics engineering developmentCollaborating with analysts, data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to evolve data platform and productsHaving a deep understanding of dimensional modeling, data management, data privacy and governanceA self-starter, innovative, result-focused and team-orientedPossessing a growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills; you are constantly learning about emerging market trends to identify potential opportunities and gapsDemonstrated expertise as a Data Analyst handling large, complex datasets and translating advanced analyses into actionable business insights will be considered a plus.WORKING AT LOADSMART:Competitive base salaries - we believe in rewarding top talent Extremely competitive Equity package - become a shareholder in our company!Loadie Time Off - PTO and sick days without a limitAt Loadsmart, we believe our biggest asset is our people.
