We are looking for an experienced IT Staffing Recruiter who has direct relationships with IT hiring managers and decision makers at companies.What you will do:Place Itree LLC Oracle consultants directly with client companiesLeverage your existing hiring manager relationshipsGet Itree LLC on Preferred Vendor Lists (PVL) at target companiesNegotiate contract rates and terms directly with clientsBuild long-term vendor relationships for repeat businessWork with MSP/VMS portals (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator)You must have:3+ years IT staffing experience — vendor/account management sideExisting direct relationships with IT hiring managersExperience placing Oracle, SAP, or enterprise IT consultants preferredKnowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 contract structuresExperience with MSP/VMS systems a plusContact: info@itreellc.com | www.itreeellc.com
