This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality Salesforce implementations and releases.Required Skills8+ years of overall Software Quality Assurance experience.5+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications.Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.Experience testing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation testing tools such as Provar, Selenium, or AccelQ.Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.Experience with ETL and data validation testing.Proficiency in SQL for backend database validation.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
