Copywriters must have a strong understanding of the full email marketing ecosystem.Email Structure & Hierarchy MasteryBring emails to life: bad copy = bad design = revisions.Put most of your efforts into subject lines/preview text and the top fold. If customers don't open the email, none of the content matters. Understand that most clicks happen in the top fold.Organize copy into clear sections: header, subheader, CTA, and supporting content, leveraging visual hierarchy and the psychology of scannable emails.Ensure all product references include proper links for the design team, and communicate clearly when a specific layout or product display is needed.Prompt Engineering & AI EfficiencyUnderstand AI is a tool and an extension of the person using it; if you don't have a strong understanding of copywriting or ecommerce, AI won't save you. Focus on being creative, critical, and problem solving.See yourself as a prompt engineer: use AI for the heavy lifting, but guide it with clarity and strategic insight; turn AI's best snippets into compelling, high-converting email copy.Daily Execution of Fulfillment & Team ManagementFulfillment & Deliverables ManagementCheck ClickUp frequently every day, claim and complete tasks proactively, flag blockers early, and follow internal workflows for copy reviews, approvals, and revisions.Complete daily administrative check-ins, including the End of Day (EOD) and Standard Work Check List (SWCL) forms to maintain visibility, accountability, and clarity across all accounts and projects.Internal CommunicationCommunicate with your pod's Account Manager to gather necessary client information and ensure timely deliverables of priority tasks.Respond in a timely manner to team members—things can happen quickly in the email space, especially with urgent client requests.Participate in Slack discussions, team meetings, and async workflows. Our OfferFull-time, fully remote opportunity, with availability between 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Monday to Friday)Compensation: $2200 - $2500 USD/monthFreelance contract (you're responsible for your own taxes)Recruitment ProcessInitial interview with the Zabota teamInterview with the clientTest taskFinal decision and official offer
