We build software that empowers deskless workers and the businesses that support them to work smarter, stay ahead, and adapt to changing market conditions.We’re a remote-first, global team headquartered in Silicon Valley, backed by leading investors including Accel, ICONIQ Capital, Founders Fund, NGP Capital, Tiger Global Management, and Qualcomm Ventures.What we are looking forZinier is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the United States or Americas.As an SDR, you will lead outbound prospecting efforts across your assigned region, building relationships with target accounts and generating qualified sales pipeline. You’ll develop a strong understanding of our target personas and engage prospects through email, phone, events, and other outreach channels.Where you are locatedThis role can be based anywhere in North or South America including United States, Canada, Mexico or in LATAM. You should be comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues across countries and time zones, both remotely and in person. Occasional travel will be required for customer meetings, team gatherings, and industry events.What you’ll doPartner closely with Account Executives to build and develop the sales pipelineLead outbound prospecting across the North America region through email, phone, and other channelsUnderstand target accounts and personas and tailor outreach accordinglyContinuously assess regional opportunities and proactively identify new ways to engage prospectsAttend industry events and trade shows to generate pipeline and build relationshipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organizationTrack activity and report on progress and pipeline development on a regular basisWhat you’ll bring to the roleBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experiencePrevious experience in sales, business development, or marketingExperience working with SaaS companies is preferred, but not requiredAbility to work effectively with leaders and teams across different functionsAbility to quickly learn new technologies and understand customer and industry needsStrong team player who is equally comfortable working independentlyStrong presentation, interpersonal, and consultative skillsA proactive, self-directed approach to your workWhat the role offersCompetitive salaryThe opportunity to join a fast-growing, global technology companyThe opportunity to play an important role in the North America region Ownership and autonomy in developing a regional sales pipelineClose collaboration with Account Executives and a global GTM teamExposure to customers, industry events, and international markets
