We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to drive operational execution across multiple AI-enabled supply chain initiatives. This role is responsible for keeping complex workstreams on track, driving accountability, managing timelines, and ensuring critical supplier and sourcing data remains accurate and actionable.This person will partner with sourcing leaders, commodity managers, MPMs, business operations teams, and executive stakeholders across the organization. Success requires someone who can navigate large organizations, influence without authority, obta ensure high-priority initiatives continue moving forward despite competing priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive execution across multiple supply chain and AI-related programs simultaneously.Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.Coordinate cross-functional teams including sourcing, commodity management, MPMs, business operations, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.Own operational tracking, follow-up, and escalation management to ensure deliverables are completed on time.Build strong working relationships across teams and drive accountability without direct authority.Lead recurring program reviews, status updates, action item tracking, and executive communications.Resolve cross-functional blockers and align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, and deliverables.Support supplier master data governance, data quality initiatives, and reporting accuracy.Lead BOM and manufacturer part number (MPN) validation and cleanup efforts.Partner with teams supporting custom dashboards, supply cha AI-powered risk applications.Required Experience10+ years of supply chahnical program management, or related experience.Strong background supporting sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, or custom hardware supply chains.Proven track record managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving numerous stakeholders and competing priorities.Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive results without direct reporting authority.Experience leading stakeholder alignment across large organizations and holding teams accountable to commitments.Exceptional communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills.Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with executive visibility.Ideal CandidateRelentlessly drives follow-through and accountability.Comfortable chasing down critical inputs from busy or difficult-to-reach stakeholders.Builds credibility quickly across teams and functions.Creates alignment among groups with competing priorities.Escalates effectively while maintaining strong working relationships.Creates structure in ambiguous environments.Comfortable working within a small, fast-moving team.Anticipates risks and resolves blockers before they impact delivery.What Success Looks LikeThe right candidate becomes the central coordination point across the program.
