Position OverviewAs a Validation Review Specialist with Ingo Money, you will play an important role in a growing financial services organization focused on moving money quickly and securely.Working with will be responsible for reviewing and validating financial information, identifying discrepancies, and helping prevent check fraud. You will also help ensure accuracy and efficiency for the clients and customers who depend on Ingo Money.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable learning new systems, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while knowing when to ask for assistance.Key ResponsibilitiesReview financial information for accuracy and make corrections when necessary.Review transactions and identify discrepancies before final processing and deposit.Complete varying volumes of work accurately, efficiently, and within established timeframes.Follow all company security, privacy, and compliance policies to protect sensitive company and customer information.Maintain a high level of accuracy while working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Use company systems and tools effectively to support timely transaction processing.Qualifications & SkillsStrong data entry skills; 10-key experience is preferred.Knowledge of MICR information and different check types is a plus.Basic working knowledge of computers and Windows applications.Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume or stressful situations.Ability to multitask and move efficiently between different queues and assignments.Ability to work independently while recognizing when guidance or assistance is needed.Must be available to work a flexible, rotating schedule , including some weekends and holidays as needed.Weekends are paid at a premium rate.Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.Banking, check-cashing, financial services, or related experience is a strong plus.Why Join Ingo Money?This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build experience in financial services, banking operations, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support while joining a growing organization.
