•Communicate with users who need support. Our main tool is Zendesk. • Write emails, take live chats, and call users to ensure that every voice over project gets the voice over it needs. • Deal with complex client requests and manage projects that need attention. • Offer assistance and provide solutions to users when something goes wrong. • Provide each and every customer with the highest quality service and a happy, memorable experience. • Manage your own OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps. • Inbound/outbound sales efforts. • Run weekly experiments to discover new sales solutions.
