Horizon Premier Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Family Law Paralegal / Case Manager to support a growing U.S. Family Law firm in a full-time, fully remote role.Key qualifications:5+ years of hands-on Florida Family Law experienceExperience independently managing or taking significant ownership of family law casesStrong drafting skills, including pleadings, motions, financial affidavits, discovery, parenting plans, and settlement documentsExperience reviewing financial disclosures and identifying missing or inconsistent informationExperience preparing attorneys for mediations, hearings, depositions, and trialsHands-on experience with the Florida Courts E-Filing PortalStrong organization, judgment, attention to detail, and deadline managementExperience with Clio, SharePoint, Florida county scheduling procedures, workflow development, or mentoring legal support professionals is a plus.We’re looking for someone proactive who understands the full picture of a case, anticipates attorney needs, and confidently takes ownership of complex family law matters.
