We are actively hiring for an exciting opportunity to work on next-gen AI (LLM) personalization projects with a global AI leader.
🔍 Role Overview:
As an AI Quality Analyst, you will evaluate how AI models personalize responses using data from sources like Gmail, Search, YouTube, and prior conversations. This role combines analytical thinking + creative prompt design to improve AI performance.
🧠 What You’ll Do:
Design multi-turn prompts based on real-life scenarios
Evaluate AI responses for Grounding, Integration & Helpfulness
Compare responses (SxS) and provide detailed reasoning
Identify hallucinations, poor personalization & inconsistencies
Ensure high-quality AI training through structured feedback
🎯 Key Requirements:
✅ Chinese language proficiency (read/write)
✅ Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Experience in AI evaluation / data annotation / content review (preferred)
✅ Ability to work independently in a remote setup
