Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of projects across CSI, including internal, departmental, and customer‑facing initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered successfully—from initiation through closure—while managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations. This individual will manage multiple, complex, cross‑functional projects and work closely with internal teams, customers, and senior leadership to drive results.Key ResponsibilitiesProject InitiationDrive effective hand over from project sponsorsLead and facilitate project kickoff meetingsProject PlanningDevelop and refine project plans based on scope, complexity, and impactAssign team members to appropriate project rolesReview project plans and key milestones with customersIdentify and align on critical success factorsProject ExecutionEstablish and manage overall project setupMaintain regular communication with project teams to ensure progressProactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependenciesMonitoring & ControllingTrack project progress against plan, scope, and timelineReview time reporting to ensure alignment with planned effortLead regular internal and client status meetingsProvide consistent written status updatesEscalate risks and issues that may impact project successProject CloseLead post‑project reviews to capture lessons learnedCollect customer feedback and measure satisfactionContinuous Improvement & LeadershipContribute to improving project management processes, tools, and methodologiesIdentify opportunities to increase efficiency, cost savings, and profitabilityMentor and support other Project Managers as neededServe as a backup to department leadership when requiredRequired Qualifications4+ years of experience managing multiple, complex projectsProven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholdersStrong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completionBachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsPMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM certificationExperience in financial services, fintech, or technology environmentsFamiliarity with project management tools and Agile methodologiesWhat Success Looks LikeProjects delivered on time, within scope, and on budgetStrong stakeholder relationships and communicationProactive risk management and issue resolutionContinuous improvement of project processesWork EnvironmentInteraction with internal teams, external customers, and senior leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environmentTravel required approximately 20% of the timeAs a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
