This is a hybrid position with monthly in-office expectations in San Rafael. The role involves developing effective advertising programs, heavy prospecting, and achieving sales goals. The annual salary range is $50,000 - $55,000 PLUS uncapped commission potential and quarterly annual bonus opportunities. The position can be remote as long as you are based within the Bay Area to visit clients for occasional team meetings. Responsibilities: - Develop effective advertising programs to meet advertisers’ marketing objectives with a combination of both print and digital advertising - Heavy prospecting and developing sales plans, particularly for digital opportunities, for new and current clients - Assess sales opportunities, develop customer digital programs and create proposals that demonstrate value - Achieve sales goals and objectives; performance indicators include revenue, active accounts, contract performance and share of market - Sales administration including aging and flash reports; accurate processing of ad orders
