Come as you are and join our ride! We are looking for a Public Policy & Business Development Manager to take full ownership of TIER’s KSA E-Scooter and E-Bike business. The role involves driving public policy and business development to increase fleet size, rider base, rides, and revenue in a dynamic and highly competitive environment. The responsibilities include building relationships with local authorities, removing regulatory hurdles, executing public policy strategies, and building and executing business development strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3-5+ years’ industry and / or relevant work experience in areas of public relations, public policy, governmental engagement, public affairs, consulting, city administration, or civil service. A degree in International Relations, Public Policy, or Business Management is required, and a Master's Degree / MBA is a plus. The candidate should be fluent in Arabic and English, have strong prioritization and time management skills, and be willing to travel in KSA and internationally (30%). Responsibilities: - Build up relationships with local authorities and government entities across KSA - Remove regulatory hurdles, solve problems, and facilitate a rapidly growing business across KSA - Play an integral part of winning tenders and RFP’s in the KSA market - Develop and execute public policy strategies to address regulatory or other public policy challenges and topics - Support the identification, engagement, and management of stakeholders on municipal, political, and national level - Build relationships with Property Developers, Real Estate Asset Managers, and Large Scale Events Companies - Identify local and international brands and companies as potential sponsors for the TIER fleet - Represent TIER in the community, local media, and in communication with key government stakeholders
