As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for close collaboration and coordination with various business units, including Product & Engineering, Marketing teams, Customer service, and Growth units. Your expertise in consulting, financial technology, and technology-related fields will be crucial in developing and implementing strategies that enhance the company's payment capabilities and customer experience. You will also be responsible for identifying operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement, conducting market research, competitive analysis, data analysis, and industry trends assessment to inform strategic initiatives, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular performance reports to the CEO and stakeholders. If you have a Masters/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field, proven track records in business analysis, project management, strategic planning, preferably in the finance/payment industry, strong financial acumen, excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills, high level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability, and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the payment industry, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
