We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Events and Marketing Coordinator to join a fast-moving hospitality group with multiple restaurant concepts. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves managing details, timelines, and creative deliverables across multiple channels. From submitting event listings to keeping websites fresh and posting social media content — you’ll be at the center of how these brands show up and engage with their communities. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, thrive on structure, and take pride in keeping everything polished and on schedule — this is the role for you.
About the role
This is a full-time remote position (40 hours per week), based on Mountain Daylight Time (Denver, Colorado).
You’ll spend the majority of your time (20–30 hours per week) focused on event and marketing coordination — including website updates, email campaigns, social media content, and managing brand visibility across platforms. The remaining time will involve light admin support, HR audits, and digital asset organization.
SEO experience is a plus, but not required — we’re happy to train you if you’re curious and eager to learn.
