Salary Range: 1200 to 1500 USD, plus up to 10% quarterly performance bonus
Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Inbound Sales & Support Specialist to manage customer inquiries and leads from online sources such as web forms, email, Yelp, Google messaging, and other platforms. This role blends customer service and lead qualification, providing prompt, accurate responses while aiming to convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Ideal candidates will have excellent written communication skills, CRM familiarity, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from web forms, email, and digital platforms (e.g., Yelp, Google messaging).
* Follow up on leads and inquiries to qualify and convert them into viable sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
* Resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services through written communications.
* Support promotional campaigns and follow instructions from the sales/operations team.
* Use CRM and related tools to manage leads, track performance, and update lead records.
* Prepare regular summaries of activity, including conversion rates and customer trends.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or lead generation (preferred).
* Excellent written English communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
* Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM platforms.
* Able to work independently and manage high message volume with quick turnaround.
Nice-to-haves:
* Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan or similar CRMs.
* Background in home services or similar industries.
* Prior experience working Tuesday–Saturday CST or other non-traditional schedules.
* Exposure to sales funnels or reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, spreadsheets).
