Requirements and responsibilities


⚠️ For Colombian residents, the gross salary range is COP $7M to $7.5M/month, with an indefinite term contract and the legal benefits it implies. ⚠️ ⚠️ For candidates of other countries, the net salary range is USD $1.5K to $1.6K/month, with a legal agreement as a full time contractor and the benefits are 2-week annual vacation and the Colombian holidays off.⚠️ Requirements - +5 years of professional experience in strategic planning within advertising and communication agencies, focusing on marketing communications and brand management. - Experience in healthcare and multicultural marketing - A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing/Communications, or any other keen disciplines such as Social Sciences; advanced degree preferred. - A curious mind, a willingness to take on new challenges. - An ability to follow the full spectrum of the planning process, i.e., from marketing strategy, communication & creative strategy to campaign effectiveness. - Analytical and people skills to unveil insights from pie charts and conversations. - Experience in consumer research (qualitative, quantitative). - Good presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in both English and Spanish. - Team player. - Strong work ethic. - Organizational and detail-oriented skills. - Resourceful. - Accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Lead one of our key accounts with guidance from the Group Account Director from a strategic point of view, working with the creative team in the creative process for the development and testing of different campaigns. - Provide strategic support on some other accounts, working collaboratively with the account director and creative director, sharing strategic points of view, and designing creative briefs. - Extract all relevant information from the client to develop a clear and relevant creative brief. - Bring inspiration and clarity to the creative team and make sure everything stays brief. - Develop a communication strategy. - Share strategic points of view internally and also externally with clients. - Participate in developing marketing plans and prize assessments.
