Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a passionate medical technology professional to lead the strong alignment of QoreHealth's hardware and technical software specifications with customer requirements. Responsibilities: ❇️Define product backlog to optimize development based on technology roadmap. ❇️Manage complete user stories. ❇️Develop and document QoreHealth technology product specifications aligned with customer requirements. ❇️Understand the technologies of medical devices and sensors. ❇️Communicate effectively with the QoreHealth software development team to optimize the product's user experience, interface and usability. ❇️Execute effective communication with physicians, paramedics, other HCPs, customers, medical device company product specialists, and regulatory/compliance personnel. ❇️Train new users for new device technology. ❇️Run effective product meetings in virtual environments across different time zones. The requirements you need to have: ❇️Education in the medical field sector (i.e., health care, biomedical technology development, life sciences). ❇️More than two years of work experience in medicine, health care, and biomedical device development. ❇️Experience in Agile / Scrum / JIRA or similar tools / process (desirable). ❇️ You should be able to understand and produce articles or reports, clear speeches, and regular meetings in English. - The work is remote but may require attending a specific location in Bogotá. QoreHealth is using Agile Recruitment for this process. You can find the steps you will take below: Step 1: You will answer 3 quick screening questions. [10 min]. Step 2: You will do a Torre Testing & Certification session to validate your skills [60mins].
