Requirements and responsibilities


Day to Day Responsibilities: * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and appointment opportunities. * Utilize automation tools for efficient lead management. * Implement SMS prospecting strategies to engage potential clients. * Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions. * Utilize GHL (Go High Level) strategies to qualify and prioritize leads. Non-negotiable: * Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish). * Experience with GHL methodologies. * Background in a call center or in real estate calling. * Experience using Google Maps.
