As a Finance & HR Associate, you will join an engaging workplace that challenges our employees to tackle real-life problems related to one of the greatest challenges our healthcare system faces today: chronic diseases. You will have an important role in the finance department and work closely with the rest of the team. This is a fast growing, rapidly changing company which means that you will have to be adaptable for change and take responsibility for driving some of the change projects.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR-related administrative processes
- Bookkeeping, driving the month-end process and support at the financial year end
- Maintaining both accounts receivable and payable
- Contribute to governance work making sure we are compliant with regulations in all markets
- Reporting to Skatteverket and other regulatory institutions
- Other administrative tasks related to finance and payroll
- Driving change projects related to bookkeeping and accounting for the group companies
