Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales is responsible for overseeing, hiring, and training current and future sales teams, owning their business book, and implementing new processes and KPIs. Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base is a major part of this role. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives both through direct sales and those of your sales team (currently 2 Account Executives) Their responsibilities include: 💰 Understand the current sales environment and improve it through processes, training, and hiring. 💰 Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets. 💰 Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. 💰 Build out KPIs for the team and hold weekly meetings. 💰 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. 💰 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. 💰 Understand category-specific landscapes and trends. Requirements and skills 💰 At least 5 years of Sales experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director. 💰 Ability to get the most out of your team through training and motivation. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. 💰 Build out Sales processes from the ground up is a huge bonus. 💰 Must Speak English fluently.
