At Payplug, Customer Success goes beyond the name of the team in charge of merchant support, it is also a state of mind that involves the entire company. Thus, we have a very demanding vision of daily relations with merchants using our solution. Our human, competent, constructive and demanding approach is a real lever of differentiation on a very competitive market. You will be the main point of contact for French VIP merchants using the Payplug solution. Responsibilities: - Accompany merchants - Ensure daily relationship with French VIP merchants by positioning yourself as an expert in omnichannel and payment - Provide personalized assistance during the creation and activation of accounts - Manage offers and renegotiations, follow-up of the integration of the solution and disputes - Identify potential upsells on different Payplug products and alternative payment methods then ensure commercial negotiations - Accompany merchants to enable them to optimize and develop their sales thanks to Payplug by recommending payment strategies adapted to their activity - Work daily on merchant satisfaction and churn prevention thanks to good collaboration with Payplug's sales and risk teams - Work in collaboration with the Product and Data teams to identify and relay the growing requirements of our merchants - Establish a reporting of activity and follow-up of merchant activity within the Customer Success team and Payplug - Be in lead within the Customer Success team on cross-functional projects
