You’ll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing internal systems, and ensuring smooth coordination across projects and team members. - Summarize key information and flag urgent items to the founder/CEO.
- Administrative support: Assist with travel booking, expense tracking, and other operational tasks.
- Calendar management: Schedule meetings with thoughtful time-blocking. Maintain energy-aware scheduling and minimize context-switching.
- Task support: Take on both recurring and ad-hoc tasks. Track action items and ensure follow-through.
- Document organization: Create and maintain structured folders, systems, and SOPs. - - - Ensure everything is easy to find, access, and understand.
- Project assistance: Support initiative tracking and execution. Identify and remove bottlenecks.
- Internal & external coordination: Follow up with freelancers, clients, and partners effectively. Prepare meeting notes, action summaries, and status updates.
