Aera helps enterprises around the world transform decision making – delivering millions of recommendations that have resulted in significant revenue gains and cost savings for some of the world’s best-known brands.We’re looking for a Web Manager to own, evolve, and optimize Aera’s corporate website — the primary digital expression of our brand and demand engine.This is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for building and maintaining our WordPress website hosted on WP Engine. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, IT, and external agency teams to ensure our site is performant, visually engaging, and continuously improving.Reporting to the Sr. Director, Digital Demand & Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for everything from implementing new pages and layouts to optimizing SEO, performance, and technical integrations. You’ll also bring creativity and curiosity — recommending new design elements, layouts, and user experiences that resonate with our enterprise audience.
