Requirements and responsibilities


• The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for providing a high level of service to Crimson clients in addition to training and managing Education Coordinators in the region. The Service Delivery Manager needs to be able to clearly communicate professionally with clients and ensure successful delivery of services with various teams across Service Delivery and the wider Crimson organisation including the local Country Manager. Our Education Coordinators are the primary relationship with the student’s parent (or guardian) post-sale, keeping them updated on progress and ensuring their satisfaction with our program.
