Get candidates to find their dream job helping companies as well to find the talent they need. To do that, you'll learn about and be responsible for: • Make customers love us! • Maximize the quality and quantity of applicants for our openings. • Make sure that our algorithms are working as expected and are assertive when ranking and matching candidates. • Monitor all of our applicant's acquisition channels, making sure they are performing well and giving feedback to improve them. • Increase retention and NPS. • Help and guide candidates through their application process.
