You will work across engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure our AI products meet industry needs, deliver value to customers, and stay ahead of the competition.This is a high-impact role, requiring deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to align product vision with business objectives.What you'll doProduct Strategy & RoadmapDefine and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for FlexAI’s AI infrastructure.Develop product requirements – Epics, features, user stories – and work closely with engineering team to plan, develop and refine the productAlign product development with market trends, business goals, and customer needs.Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, feasibility, and strategic value.Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities, industry trends, and competitive gaps.Develop business cases to support investment in new products, features, and partnerships.Understand existing and emerging players in the space to understand the competitive spaceCross-Functional LeadershipDrive collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution.Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.Customer Focus & GTM StrategyBe the voice of the customer—gather insights to shape product decisions.Work with marketing and sales teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and packaging.Define product positioning and messaging to resonate with AI and enterprise customers.Data-Driven Decision MakingLeverage data analytics, user feedback, and performance metrics to guide product direction.Continuously assess product-market fit and iterate based on real-world usage.Technical Leadership & InnovationDefine high-level architecture, wireframes, APIs, and SDKs in collaboration with engineering.Stay ahead of AI/ML trends, infrastructure developments, and emerging technologies.Represent FlexAI at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership panels.What you’ll need to be successful:Technical & Industry ExpertiseStrong grasp of AI/ML technologies, architectures, use cases and applicationsGood understanding of cloud computing, and distributed systems.UX expertise—ability to define and drive end-to-end experiences across GUI, CLI, APIs, and SDKs.An understanding of compute, storage, and network infrastructure for AI.Working with end-users, sales team and refining usages to deliver PRD to engineering (Product requirement Doc) based on TAM/SOM.QualificationsBachelors with relevant 8+ years plus experience in product management or related technical roles.5+ years of experience launching AI/tech products from concept to market.5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, sales, finance, and stakeholders.Prior experience working on AI Infrastructure, HPC, or cloud computing.Background in startup, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.Track record of successfully launching and scaling AI or cloud-based solutions.The pay range for this role is:120,000 - 200,000 USD per year (United States).
