Requirements and responsibilities


Purpose of the Position: The purpose of this position is to manage content within Inspire’s content management systems, including building, testing, scheduling, and validating content, and working with brand digital teams to ensure brand tone, voice, and essence are consistent across platforms. The Specialist will work cross-functionally as a liaison between the Content team and Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Menu, IT and App/Web Development teams. To be successful in this role, you will be comfortable working with and effectively communicating with others such as brand marketers and development teams to align brand needs with technical capabilities. Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day content needs of owned channels, including building, testing, scheduling, deploying, and validating content according to brand marketing calendars and roadmaps. - Work with brand partners on upcoming content campaigns and menu launches. - Review content, style, and layout, and provide feedback to the brand, if needed. - Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager to plan and develop content strategies based on CMS capabilities. - Maintain and organize content within CMS spaces. - Build and maintain effective relationships with brand partners, designers, and developers. - Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of content-related documentation and training materials. - Track and log content deployments. Education Qualification: Required Minimum: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, such as Communications, Marketing, and/or Engineering. Experience Qualification: - 1+ years of experience with content management, marketing, and/or creative. - Good to have experience in Contentful or a similar CMS. Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of content management best practices. - An energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset and excellent work ethic, who can operate with minimal supervision. - Conscientious about meeting project deadlines. - Ability to identify the best execution practices and suggest them across brands. - Embraces feedback and can quickly work to optimize and provide options to meet desired goals. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple projects and priorities that change often. - Solid interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across multiple departments and all levels of management, as well as outside the company. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
