Requirements and responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior IAM & Security Architect who operates at the intersection of identity, access management, cloud security, and DevSecOps. This is a full-stack security architecture role focused on designing enterprise-wide Zero Trust frameworks, building microservices-based IAM platforms, and leading security transformation programs for large organizations in regulated industries. It is a 100% remote contractor position for LATAM, working directly with US enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and implementing enterprise IAM/PAM architectures integrating platforms like CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID. - Architecting and deploying Zero Trust frameworks for Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and broader IAM governance. - Leading cloud security architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP including IAM role design and cloud-native access controls. - Building and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) embedding security tools like Checkmarx and SonarQube. - Designing API-first, microservices-based security platforms using REST APIs, Spring Boot, OAuth2/OIDC, and SAML. - Implementing SIEM integration, threat hunting, red teaming support, and security analytics.
