We face challenges together and we win together, we are part of something BIG!If you enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, and you value and leverage the opinions & expertise of your teammates to deliver quality, come join us!Responsibilities:Lead the technical direction and strategy of the front-end team.Participate in product design and development of new features.Ensure high-quality code and optimize applications for performance.Mentor and support team members in their professional development.Review and provide feedback on code and design.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business goals.Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects.Requirements:Proven work experience as a front-end developer and team leader.Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, Vue, etc.Willingness to try and adopt new frameworks.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3/4, and modern web design principles.Experience in managing project timelines and collaborating with other departments.Excellent problem-solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing technologies.A passion for coding and delivering high-quality user experiences.Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.We're currently taking applications from candidates living in Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Bogotá, Lima and São Paulo.What we offerCompetitive USD salary.A great level of responsibility from day one and the chance to develop your potential without limitations.An entrepreneurial environment.A dynamic remote work culture.
