We're looking for a Graphic Designer — Brand, Web & AI — a strategic, multidisciplinary creative powerhouse with 6+ years of experience across brand identity, UI/UX, social media, and marketing. Someone who thinks in systems, not just styles. Someone who embraces AI tools and sees creative direction as a mindset, not a title.
Role Details & Growth:
Type: Part-Time with option to Contract to Hire full-time
Hours: 20 - 30+ hours/week
Future: Possible extension to full-time role with salary
Payment: All compensation in USD (US Dollars)
Location: 100% Remote (North America or South America preferred)
Your Mission:
Lead visual direction across client projects (branding, web/UI, social media, multimedia)
Connect design to business outcomes — strategy-backed, conversion-focused creative
Collaborate with our Creative Director to shape and execute our boldest ideas
Mentor and elevate the work of our design team
Push creative boundaries using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Figma AI, etc.)
Requirements:
6-10+ years of professional design experience (agency or marketing dept)
Deep portfolio in branding, UI/UX, social media, and strategic creatives
Advanced: Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) + Figma + Canva
Experience with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, or similar)
Fluent English (minimum B1 proficiency)
Available 20+ hours/week, fully remote
Nice-to-Haves: Motion graphics (Premiere/After Effects), 3D (Blender/Cinema 4D), WordPress/Shopify UI, HTML/CSS knowledge, Monday.com/Slack/Google Workspace
